Bob Cook provides independent consultancy to children’s social care organisations in both the statutory and voluntary sectors.

Bob has over 40 years experience  in children's social work and has held strategic management posts with strong safeguarding components in both the voluntary and statutory sectors.

 

Bob is able to undertake a range of commissions to assist your organisation and has particular expertise in the following areas:

• Serious case reviews and other management reviews including panel chairing, writing of overview reports and providing advice and mentoring to authors.
• Safeguarding audits, including both organisationally tailored formats and audits based on OFSTED and Supporting People criteria
